(Note: This is a 6 months contract)
You will be partner with all the key stake holders to drive strategic thinking/executional best practice across shopper messaging, point of sale (physical and digital) as well as shopper marketing programs designed to drive further brand loyalty and have a direct impact of sales in store.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute the Personal Care Shopper Strategy and instore Execution Plan
- Execute the Personal Care Shopper Strategy for growth planning by channel, ensuring the plans adhere to Brand Playbooks
- and deliver to the principle of SOBG
- Develop with Strategic Shopper Activation Manager, Sales, Marketing & retailers , the Personal Care Portfolio and Retailer
- specific shopper engagement opportunities through understanding of shopper missions & profiles
- Aid development of the shopper elements of Personal Care IMC briefs.
- Identify opportunities for competitive advantage and/or areas of risk for our Personal Care brands through rigorous
- monitoring and assessment at all shopper touch-points. As well as assessing the activities of our competitors.
- Execute Personal Care Brand visibility at HCP Conferences and Retailer Events
- Timely production of all Personal Care brand assets including retailer online, catalogues, POS, permanent stands and
- retailer merchandising units
- Work to KPI’s for shopper engagement programs & Track performance/ROI in partnership with CBI
- Work within the fixed marketing budget and ensure that monthly tracking and reporting for Personal Care is completed

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Business and Marketing preferable
- Relevant experience (2+ years) in Shopper Marketing, Commercial and/or Brand Management in FMCG/CPG industries.
- Experience in activations and shopper campaigns within Key Accounts
- Previous experience on managing projects as well as experience working with creative agencies and / or production agencies
- Detailed understanding of consumer, shopper and customer needs/dynamics
- Previous experience managing budgets and relevant monthly processes
