About the Role

We are seeking a Shutdown Scheduler to join our Amrun operations in Weipa. This residential role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of planned and preventative maintenance activities across our fixed plant assets.

As part of the Asset Planning & Scheduling team, you will contribute to the development and optimisation of maintenance schedules that support operational reliability and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and revise schedules for planned and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Optimise maintenance schedules to improve cost efficiency and resource utilisation.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are aligned with safety, environmental, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to reflect accurate scheduling data.
  • Collect and analyse work management data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with asset strategies and business objectives.
