We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the delivery of a key construction project. Working closely with the project team in Darwin City, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to keep things running smoothly onsite. This part-time role offers approximately 30 hours per week with flexible hours available, and you will report to the project managers.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports
- Support the site team with safety lookaheads and compliance documentation
- Perform general office administration (meeting minutes, filing, supplies, etc.)
- Assist with document control, ensuring accurate and timely records
- Obtain and manage supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork, inductions, and site registers
- Provide ad hoc project support and respond to team requests as needed
What you'll bring:
- White Card (preferable or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of organisation and time management
- Interest in developing skills in invoice batching or project finance (desirable)
- Previous experience in a construction or site-based admin role (advantageous but not essential)
