- Reviewing systems and processes for efficiencies
- Updating reporting metrics and databases
- Document Control as per Mammoet and client standards
- Collating Quotes and invoicing
- Supporting staff with enquiries and weekly timesheets
- Assisting with mobilisation requirements and procurement
- Two years site Administration / Coordinator experience
- Professional level experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite capabilities including Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- High attention to detail
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with the ability to form strong relationships remotely
- SAP experience desirable
