What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a capable management team to safely deliver exceptional services and resident experience across multiple villages and housing accommodation.
- Work closely with our client (Rio Tinto) and community stakeholders to enhance the services Sodexo provides for the benefit of the community and residents.
- Drive operational and environmental sustainability in line with the strong ethics of both organisations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
- Ensure full compliance with Sodexo, ISO, and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with Sodexo site based and support teams to bring the best of Sodexo to the township of Weipa.
- Own and manage a significant P&L with future growth opportunity.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership in remote site or facilities management operations
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Experience managing a P&L of over $10M per annum
- A collaborative leadership style and a commitment to safety, quality, and team success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- An ability to think innovatively and deliver innovation through clear and meaningful action.
