Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met
- Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being completed in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Identify and address any safety concerns or hazards on the job site
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
