Our opportunity
Unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our high performing team delivering our Harbourside Residences luxury apartment and mixed-use project. Located in Darling Harbour, Harbourside Residences is a 48-storey tower offering exclusive amenity and a sought after waterfront location.
As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of overall site safety management through diligent controls, supervision and leadership, whilst driving timely delivery of high-quality construction work. This will involve developing short to medium term programs, work schedules and labour requirements, conducting quality checks and maintaining HSE standards. Working closely with our site engineers, you will pre-empt and resolve construction issues and ensure progress in line with the construction program.
Your point of difference
- Trade background and relevant qualification
- Experience in a similar role working on high rise luxury residential building projects ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment
- Façade package experience, in particular curtain wall systems
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
