Description:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained to relevant standards and maximise availability for hire through coordination of workshop staff. This role is based on site at one of our FMG branches on an 8:6 roster based out of Perth.
This will position will have you showcasing your problem solving, customer service and administrative skills where no two days will be the same, reporting into the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Providing workshop and servicing stats to the Branch Manager as required
- Ensuring daily branch management tasks are completed as required, including management of lost hire reporting and off-hire reviews
- Gather and collate KPIs
- Raising of PO’s for supplier purchases
- Attend and conduct pre-starts and customer required meetings on site
- Creating and managing hire contracts for new equipment hires, as well as off-hiring
- Assist Mechanical Team Leader to co-ordinate and facilitate equipment servicing schedules and breakdowns

- Demonstrated experience in directing a team and managing service demand
- Proven safety focused attitude and commitment
- Ability to communicate clearly - oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven customer relationship experience
- Experience working on a FIFO basis (desirable, not essential)
