About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who brings strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the fast-paced construction industry. This person will mainly be assisting with the back end of the builds and getting the villas squared off for handovers.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
- Extensive experience in volume/production residential construction
- Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams
- OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better!
- Drivers Licence
- Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes.
- Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Someone who leads by example
- Highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion
- A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork
