- Extensive practical experience in earthwork and civil construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively on-site.
- Skilled in verifying scopes of work and identifying potential variations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting civil and construction drawings.
- Proficient in recording and reporting daily work activities and site progress.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experienced in liaising and working collaboratively with personnel at all levels.
- Capable of working independently or as a cooperative team member under minimal supervision.
- Holding (or pursuing) a Certificate in Civil Construction is a strong asset.
