We're on the hunt for our next marketing superstar with a passion for all things content creation! You'll be working across our brands, Shire Scout and Scout Socials, in a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Think you have what it takes? Here’s what we’re looking for:
What are we looking for?
- Skilled in content editing using apps such as CapCut and/or InShot (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Experience using Squarespace (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Strong Canva skills (minimum 2 years of experience)
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok and understanding of how the platform works
- Awareness of social media trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes
- Ability to develop unique, strategic content ideas for brands
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain brand voice and tone across various clients
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and how audiences engage with content
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Confidence to independently attend client shoots and capture content
- Capability to monitor and analyse the performance of client content and campaigns, adjusting strategies accordingly
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content across Shire Scout and Scout Socials platforms
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — covering scheduling, content posting, story sharing, and performance reporting
- Write copy for multiple mediums, including websites, social media, and EDM campaigns
- Website creation and management on Squarespace
- Contribute to brand strategy development and conduct market research to support content planning
- Design and develop graphics to complement brand messaging
- Manage client relationships, including onboarding and ongoing support
- Prepare and manage client contract agreements
- Identify and foster potential business relationships and collaboration opportunities
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and writing style conventions
