Social Media Manager – White East Skin & Spa
10 hours per week | Mix of in-clinic & remote
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team at White East Skin & Spa. This role is perfect for someone who loves beauty, wellness, and creating engaging content that attracts and inspires clients.
What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and posts that showcase our treatments, products, and spa experience.
- Strategy & Scheduling: Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting that aligns with our brand voice.
- Community Engagement: Reply to comments, DMs, and interact with followers to build connection and loyalty.
- In-Clinic Work (5 hrs/week): Capture behind-the-scenes content, treatment videos, and client transformations (with permission).
- Remote Work (5 hrs/week): Edit content, schedule posts, write captions, and monitor performance.
- Growth Focused: Work with the owner to develop strategies for increasing followers, engagement, and bookings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a brand (beauty/wellness industry preferred).
- Skilled in short-form video content (Reels, TikTok).
- Strong eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Creative, organised, and confident capturing live content in the clinic.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, Canva, and scheduling tools.
Hours & Pay
- 10 hours per week: 5 hours in-clinic + 5 hours remote
Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
