Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a compassionate and professional Spiritual Care Practitioner to provide safe, inclusive, and person-centred spiritual care across our health service. In this role, you will support patients, carers, families, and staff by offering spiritual assessment, counselling, support, and meaningful rituals that help individuals connect with their own spiritual resources.

As a valued member of the spiritual care team, you will work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to a culture of holistic and respectful care. This position requires an understanding and appreciation of cultural, spiritual, and religious diversity, with a focus on providing care that meets each individual's unique needs.

This Allied Health Practitioner role may involve working across different programs and locations within NHW and external services, particularly during periods of high demand.
