This exciting leadership position provides leadership to one direct report through planning, implementing, leveraging, and evaluating our events and sponsorship properties according to brand objectives and aligned to our national business strategy.
What will your typical day involve?
- Manage relationships with market shaping customers across a range of properties including stadiums, racetracks, sporting clubs and festivals.
- Manage sponsorship contract performance, re-negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.
- You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined sponsorship & event execution.
- Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
- Manage and maintain the state sponsorship and event planning schedule and analyse ROI post every event.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, creating an environment that demonstrates the ability to think differently and deliver on simplicity and sustainability.
What will you need from day one?

- An ability to help shape future strategies with your ideas and your courage to challenge and try new ways of doing things.
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills will see you partner with the state field sales team to ensure alignment of key strategies.
- An ability to interpret and apply an understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
