We offer the services of Plan Management and Support Coordination to NDIS participants. Backed by McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) - an ASX listed organisation, PSS has experienced rapid growth with ambitious plans to further grow its position as Australia's number one provider of NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.
PSS operates nationally and offer best-in-class Plan Management dashboard and application. Our Dashboard provides customers, support-coordinators, and service providers; self-service and visibility of exactly how the plan / invoices are tracking.
Our State Relationship Manager (SRM) role is a purpose-driven role building meaningful partnership with a range of individuals and businesses to provide a range of services to people in Australia living with disabilities. Where you live will determine your geographical area you will cover.
The Role:
- Build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Service Providers, medical professionals, and government contacts
- Build and deepen B2B relationships across the NDIS ecosystem to grow Plan Management referrals
- Own and execute the state acquisition strategy, hitting quarterly and annual targets
- Use data insights (e.g. heat maps) to identify growth regions and activate local strategies
- Represent PSS at networking events and forums
- Collaborate with Product, Digital, and Marketing teams to enhance referrer experience and tools
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver on growth objectives
- Share best practices with other SRMs and continuously improve team effectiveness
- Leverage personal networks and cultivate new acquisition opportunities
You will bring:
- 5–7-years B2B sales and partnerships experience
- Demonstrated Business Development experience B2B
- Be computer savy - outlook, teams, word, excel and CRMs experience
- Sound planning, organising and time management capability
- Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
