We're looking for a superstar Storage Facility Administrator to join our growing self-storage team! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our facility operates efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and tackling storage sales with a smile.
What You'll Do:
- Greeting customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor on the phone and face-to-face
- Answer phone inquiries, process payments, and manage move-in/move-out procedures
- Assist with daily financial tasks and customer account administration
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere
