About Us:
The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian owned company with our head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 19 AMPM Fuel and Conveniencestores — including 15 metropolitan sites across Adelaide and 4 regional locations, one of which is in Nhill, Victoria. In addition, we own and manage multiple national food brand franchises including Carl’s Jr and Subway.
We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Site Manager to lead our Nhill AMPM store. You’ll have the support of our experienced head office team and regular on-site guidance from our Operations Manager. There is also an opportunity to appoint an Assistant Store Manager.
About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and store performance. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create a positive, customer-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high performing front line team
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Managing stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and serving customers
- Overseeing store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow
- Supporting the Operations Manager in compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement
Due to the nature of our business, some public holiday work will be required.
About You:
- Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or fast-food management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident communicator with a hands-on attitude
- Organised and results focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
