As the Store Business Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action—guiding your team, driving store performance, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile. Reporting directly to the Partner, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your store, setting the tone through your hands-on leadership and infectious energy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspiring and leading your team to embody the Boost values and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and rostering team members to build a high-performing team.
- Executing local marketing initiatives to grow your customer base and enhance in-store experiences.
- Managing store financials and driving performance to achieve key business goals.
- Mentoring your team for growth, supporting future leaders within the brand.
- Controlling stock levels and costs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and business management skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Great communication, presentation, and time management skills, with sharp attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
