Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of lubricant deliveries and maintenance of lubricant stock.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate delivery of lubricants
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Support the Depot Manager, Scheduler and other depot staff
- Scheduling the local Lubricants Truck
- Lubricant inventory administration and processing responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of packaged lubricants
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Day to Day Processing & Reports
- Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams)
- 2 years minimum experience in Administration or a similar role
- Forklift licence required
- HR or LR licence minimum
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook. Excel, etc)
- Experience in administration/warehousing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
