We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead TGE’s key strategic accounts or a special portfolio of important clients. Your goal is to raise TGE’s profile, grow our share of business, and build strong customer loyalty that keeps clients coming back and helps us expand.
This role is part of the Strategic Accounts team and reports to the Head of Strategic Accounts. You will focus on developing, growing, and strengthening long-term relationships with each customer to support retention and growth across their entire footprint and network.
You will work across all business units to represent TGE actively and partner with internal teams to deliver the best solutions.
What You’ll Lead
Own and grow long-term, enterprise-wide relationships across all business units, acting as the trusted partner for your strategic accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams , including operations, sales, and solutions experts, to co-create tailored logistics strategies that meet evolving client needs.
Drive business retention and expansion through insightful account management and proactive solutioning.
Engage with senior stakeholders to deepen TGE’s footprint and influence across the customer network.
Ensure consistent communication and representation of your portfolio at executive forums and strategic meetings.

Act as the key interface between customers and all internal business units, driving collaboration and alignment.

You Bring
Proven experience managing strategic or key accounts, ideally within logistics, freight, or related B2B industries.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex customer landscapes and multiple internal stakeholders.
Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging at senior and executive levels.
Collaborative approach with a passion for driving customer success and organisational growth.
Ability to work across diverse teams and business units to deliver integrated solutions.
