The opportunity
The purpose of the Business Planning and Performance (BP&P) team is to ensure that CHW’s organisational level strategies provide clear, compelling, and aligned goals that assist CHW to maximize effort and investment and ensure CHW is ‘strategy led’ and ‘outcomes focused.
The primary objective of this position is to develop, project-manage, and co-ordinate organisational processes to produce and submit organisational level strategic planning documents to a high standard. These may include (but not limited to) the annual Corporate Plan, 2040 Strategy Outcome Roadmaps, 2040 Strategy reporting framework and reporting, and the five-yearly ESC Pricing Review Submission.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to construct complex, corporate reporting and briefing documents that are clear, inspiring and satisfy intersecting compliance requirements.
- Corporate project management experience covering project aspects including knowledge of project governance structures, stakeholder management structures and techniques, budgeting, change controls and funding agreements.
- Skilled storyteller with proven ability to engage staff to align their work to strategic objectives and uplifting business capability to create value for the business and our customers.
