Job Description
This position is responsible for identifying and driving high-impact cross-functional strategic projects that determine and drive the ANZ cluster growth. In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) the position sets the strategic direction and facilitates decision making for all Business Units and Brands (HelloFresh AU & NZ, Everyplate and Youfoodz) to further develop the HelloFresh Group’s ANZ business and brands.
In this role you will have the opportunity to shape the future trajectory of one of the fastest growing food technology companies in the world. You will have exposure to senior leadership globally and drive the most important strategic projects to implementation.
This role will report directly into the MD & CMO ANZ.
You will…
- Strategic business partner for ANZ SLT: you analyze data and present insights to provide solid recommendations for the business growth, supporting complex decision making and execution.
- Define and lead the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with the ANZ SLT and various stakeholders within the HelloFresh Group.
- Ensure the execution of strategic priorities by providing transparency of performance vs. objectives & timelines. Recommend adjustments to the strategic plan throughout the year.
- Lead cross-functional high impact projects that drive revenue growth, deliver cost improvements or build / strengthen core capabilities.
- Organize and facilitate SLT Meetings and All-Employee meetings fostering an engaged workplace culture of accountability and performance.
You have/are…
- Graduation from a top university with an MBA, a Master degree in Management or Economics among the top 10% of the class.
- More than 4 years of working experience in a high-performance working environment e.g., strategy consulting, banking, food FMCG / retail.
- A track record of delivering strategic projects from concept to implementation.
- Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into insights and recommendations for the business.
- Structured way of working, relentlessly prioritizing.
- Pragmatic ‘can do’ attitude with a hands-on mentality.
- Positive attitude towards change and experience of working in a dynamic working environment starting on day one.
- Strong communication skills towards various audiences (incl. SLT, team & external stakeholders).
- Highest level of integrity, professionalism and conscientiousness in your dealings with stakeholders in complex organizational set-ups.
- Strong influencing, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
