This team partners directly with the CEO and senior leadership to solve high-priority problems and support Neara’s global growth. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain firsthand experience in scaling a business, working across multiple regions and functional areas, with a fast track to senior operating roles.

Drive the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
