Some coaches are just rep counters. They clap, they cheer, they look busy but they don’t actually coach. That’s not what we do here, and it’s not who we’re looking for.
At Momentum, we run a performance-first environment for everyday athletes who want more than a sweat session. We need a coach who shares that standard. Someone who brings knowledge, presence, and the ability to get the best out of people.
Minimum Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness (non-negotiable)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Experience in small group or semi-private coaching
About You
- You live and breathe strength & conditioning, not random circuits.
- You coach the fundamentals with precision: squat, deadlift, bench, Olympic lifts.
- You can adjust on the fly scaling, cueing, and holding people accountable.
- You’re relentless about growth and not afraid of feedback.
- You bring presence and care, you don’t just hype, you lead.
The Role
- Deliver high-level S&C sessions in small groups (1:4) semi-private (1:4) & 1:1 PT
- Coach strength, conditioning, lifting progressions, and accessories.
- Support recovery, mobility, and performance-based methods.
- Build a team culture where members push harder, go further, and achieve more.
