Head Strength and Conditioning Coach ( Part -Time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Fitness Professional to take the lead in delivering Westbourne Grammar School’s Strength and Conditioning programs. Working closely with the Sport, Physical Education, and Aquatics teams, this role will support students, staff, and sporting teams to improve performance and promote wellbeing. The successful candidate will bring expertise in the fitness industry, with more than 12 months of relevant experience, and a commitment to guiding individuals toward their fitness goals while driving the strategic direction of Strength and Conditioning across the school. This is an initially limited fixed-term position, three days per week, until 5 December 2025, with the possibility of extension.
