About the role
You will be responsible for enhancing student’s experience through the delivery of a range of activities, events and programs that improve student engagement within university life.
You will:
- plan and implement a calendar of events for students during the academic year;
- contribute to the promotion of university services;
- network and engage with stakeholders to provide opportunities for students; and
- provide support and guidance to student clubs and societies.
About you
You will have demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients in a customer/student-centric environment. In addition, you will also have an understanding of marketing, promotion and communication about events and activities.
You will possess:
- organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and give attention to detail;
- skills and experience in planning large events and engagement activities;
- commitment and ability to work flexible hours throughout the calendar year; and
- demonstrated skills in developing a range of extra-curricular learning opportunities for students.
