About the Role
We are seeking a Student Services Officer with strong experience in RTO compliance and PRISMS, who is passionate about helping students succeed and ensuring the college’s operations meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries and support
- Assist with enrolment, orientation, and issuing of COEs via PRISMS
- Maintain and update student data in the Student Management System (Moodle)
- Prepare and submit reports to the RTO Manager and compliance team
- Assist with ASQA and CRICOS audits through data preparation and policy implementation
- Coordinate with trainers and admin team for student follow-ups and interventions
- Issue formal letters (deferral, suspension, course extension, etc.) and maintain accurate records
- Support the planning and delivery of student events, satisfaction surveys, and feedback
