We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Part Time Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our unique Trawler styled Seafood restaurants.
This role involves supporting the management team, supervising staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining a clean,safe, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front of house(and/or back of house) staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
Assist in training team members and supporting ongoing staff development.
Manage reservations,seating and guest flow to optimise table turnover.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Help with inventory checks and restocking when required.
Ensure cash handling procedures and point of sales systems are used accurately.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate smooth service.
Open and closing of the restaurant as required,following all procedures.
Requirements:
2 years experience in the food industry,preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evening, weekends, and holidays as required.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Basic maths skills and familiarity with Square and Now Book It systems.
