Stateside Sports is bringing the heat to Harbour Town Premium Outlets, and we’re looking for a Supervisory Casual Sales Assistant to join the launch team. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, brings great energy to their shifts, and is ready to take on a little extra responsibility - without stepping too far from what they love most: selling and supporting the team.

THE ROLE
As a Supervisory Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll be a senior team member on the floor - helping the Store Manager keep things running smoothly. From jumping in on opening and closing duties to supporting the team with product knowledge and on-the-floor training, you’ll be a trusted extra set of hands when it’s needed most.
This is a hands-on sales role first and foremost. You’ll be focused on creating standout customer experiences, smashing sales targets, and being a go-to support for your manager and team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find their style
- Support with opening and closing procedures when the manager is not in
- Assist the Store Manager with basic training and coaching of new and casual team members
- Keep the store looking fresh - from merchandising to stockroom organisation
- Step up when needed and bring a positive, reliable presence to every shift
- Maintain high personal sales standards and help the team stay motivated
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a sales-focused or senior casual role
- Strong customer service skills and a love for connecting with people
- Confidence working toward individual KPIs and sales goals
- A team-first mindset - always ready to jump in and help out
- Solid time management, good communication, and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
- Full Australian working rights

This role is in accordance with the Fair Work General Retail Industry Award penalty rates may vary based on age and shift times.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.19 – $34.38 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 38 per week
