We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our talent pool. Successful candidates will be referred to various partner organizations for casual, part-time, or ongoing support shifts, depending on your availability and interests.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping individuals live as independently and comfortably as possible. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks
- Assisting with community access and participation
- Supporting clients with their health and wellbeing goals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Reporting and documentation as required
Key Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Australian Driver’s License and reliable transport (desirable)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as per industry requirement)
- A kind, respectful, and professional attitude

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
