As our operations continue to grow nationally, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee and optimise our warehouse and logistics operations.
Role :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the supply, inventory, and distribution functions across our logistics network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively, while upholding the standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute inventory and delivery strategies to align with business goals and service levels.
- Develop systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling holding costs.
- Monitor and refine inventory control systems to ensure real-time accuracy of stock records.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with business development, delivery teams, and customer service responsibles to align distribution capabilities with demand forecasts and client needs.
- Implement and supervise the use of tracking and reporting tools for all inbound and outbound logistics movements.
- Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics personnel, including setting performance standards and monitoring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and warehouse management regulations.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
