- Enable NDIS participants to understand and implement their plans confidently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build client capacity, resilience, and independence.

- Uphold best practice through up-to-date knowledge of NDIS policies, legislation, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Support Coordination, ideally including experience with high-complexity scenarios.
- Strong empathy, creative problem-solving, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, Proda systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations: privacy law, NDIS guidelines, safeguards, and conflict-of-interest protocols.
Bonus Experience: Background working with psychosocial disability, mental health issues, ASD, ADHD, or transitions in school or housing. Awareness of cultural sensitivities and inclusive practices.
