- Hours: As required (Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Support Team Ambassador, you’ll provide essential coverage across our portfolio of over 10 locations. You’ll step in during absences such as holidays, training, sickness, and new team setups, ensuring smooth operations wherever you’re needed.
This is a dynamic and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across different teams, adapting to new environments, and thrives on variety. Flexibility is key, as you’ll rotate across multiple sites depending on operational needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll be the welcoming face of the workplace, creating memorable experiences for visitors and occupants. Depending on the site, your role may involve:
✔ Front of House (Reception)
✔ Concierge Services
✔ Placemaking Support
✔ Hospitality Services
✔ Workplace Solutions
✔ Event & Meeting Coordination
This role is hands-on – expect a mix of walking, standing, sitting, and some manual handling throughout your day.
WHAT YOU BRING
✔ At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, airlines, retail, or similar)
✔ A customer-first mindset, adapting to visitors' and employees’ needs with warmth and professionalism
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do approach
