Position: Support Worker

The Role:
As a Support Worker in Joslin, SA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
This client requires assistance with companion care for 4 hours per week. As this is in a central area, we also have many other clients in the area so there is the opportunity to pick up shifts with other clients to build your hours.
Please note that this client requires an Italian speaking carer.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must speak fluent Italian
