Support Worker – Psychosocial Support
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with psychosocial conditions and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings warmth, patience, and understanding to their role
- Can build positive, respectful relationships with participants
- Enjoys conversation and is confident in engaging with people in a supportive, friendly way
- Has a person-centred approach and values inclusion, dignity, and independence
- Works well as part of a team and can also work independently when required
- Confident and safe driver, comfortable transporting participants

Requirements:
- Experience working with psychosocial disability or mental health support
- Relevant qualifications (or currently working towards them)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
