The role
Surveillance is a highly skilled team, playing an important part in making Crown a welcoming place and ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and asset through maintaining a culture of care and excellence.
As a Surveillance Operator, you will have an incredible opportunity to work in the only control room in Western Australia that relates to casino operations. The job requires a willingness to act with integrity, do the right thing, strive for excellence and ability to care for all key internal and external stakeholders of the business. With the daily use of CCTV and other systems, you will be able to provide strategic surveillance and investigation techniques to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations and State and Federal Legislation.
Full-time positions available. The role provides 12 weeks of training to ensure you are confident on all of Crown’s processes and expectations within the role. The role requires shift work across a rotating roster, 12 hour shifts across 2 days and 2 nights with 4 days off. Due to the shift work rotation, you will be required to have full availability to work across day and night shifts.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an operational surveillance or casino environment
- Computer proficiency with Information Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven experience working in a team to deliver business outcomes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- High level of organisational skills inclusive of time management and prioritisation
Additional Information
Successful applicant will be required to obtain a Casino Licence and a Security Officer – Control Room / Monitoring Centre Licence.
