We’re Hiring – Swimming Pool Construction Manager
Riviera Pools is a specialist in high-end custom concrete pool construction, delivering premium residential and commercial pool projects across Sydney, the Illawarra, South Coast and the Southern Highlands. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and professional service.
As demand grows, we are seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Construction Manager to take ownership of project delivery and site coordination. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage construction across multiple high-end pool builds, while contributing to the next stage of Riviera’s continued success.
While the role is advertised under Riviera, the successful applicant will be contributing to the broader success of both businesses, including our sister company Bostock Pools & Spas who specialise in the installation of compass pool fibreglass pools within the Illawarra.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience in swimming pool construction or related construction management
- Strong site leadership and scheduling skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and trades across multiple jobs
- High attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full driver’s licence
Preferred:
- Experience in high-end residential pool projects
- Competency in reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
- Relevant trade qualifications or builder’s licence
- Working knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements
Location & Work Details:
- Our office is based in Woonona
- Majority of work across the greater Illawarra, South Coast, and Southern Sydney regions
- Full-time position with immediate start available
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend work if required
