The Role: Talent Acquisition Advisor – Corporate Recruitment | Permanent
We are seeking a skilled and strategic recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of Crown Resorts by attracting top-tier talent across our corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing, HR, Risk, and other professional services.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Crown by partnering with stakeholders and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that support our business objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of corporate roles across Crown Melbourne and Group functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, advertising, screening, interviews, and offer management.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Develop and nurture strong internal relationships to support workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Champion Crown’s employer brand and promote our values throughout the recruitment process.
You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in corporate recruitment within a complex, fast-paced environment—ideally in an internal Talent Acquisition function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- A proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, with experience using a variety of channels and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
- A strong understanding of the corporate talent market and emerging recruitment trends.
