The team & opportunity

A Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the hiring lifecycle, supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment processes and candidate engagement. This role is essential in maintaining momentum across sourcing, scheduling and onboarding activities, while also supporting hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey.


Core Responsibilities

1. Supports with posting open roles on Workday and external job boards as requested.

2. May perform initial phone screening and scheduling of interviews.

3. Assists with the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts.

4. Manages candidate onboarding process including contract execution, background screenings, and creating workday employee profiles.

5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years related work experience; ideally within a Human Resources or Recruitment team.
  • Previous experience with Workday would be advantageous
