Your New Role
Reporting to the State Operations Manager - People and Performance, this role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent for PCYC Queensland Club Operations. This role will involve creating strategic partnerships with schools, tertiary institutions, and community networks to develop inclusive pipelines for future talent. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. About You
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Human Resources, Talen Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing and assessment & assessment centres
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
