Are you a seasoned recruiter with an agency background, ready to make a meaningful impact in the not-for-profit sector? Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent aged care provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Home and Community Support teams for a 6-month contract.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where your recruitment expertise will help build a compassionate and skilled workforce that supports older Australians to live and age well.
A week in the life of your new role
- Providing support to hiring managers by placing ads, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, reference checking, document collection and offer management, working a full 360 recruitment portfolio
- You’ll help develop strategies to reduce our time to fill and increase quality of hire
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment advice
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment support and strategic hiring solutions
- Provide expert guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and market insights
- High volume recruitment experience gained in agency environment, we work at a fast pace
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide recruitment and talent advice
- A high level of customer service, communication and administration skills
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and experience using Applicant Tracking systems – we use JobAdder and will provide training if required
- Own vehicle and driver’s licence
