A leading manufacturer of high-quality bathroom fixtures is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join their Assembly Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in daily operations.
About the Role:
· Lead and supervise a team to meet production targets.
· Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
· Ensure quality control and compliance with manufacturing standards.
· Coordinate workflow and resolve any assembly-related issues.
· Work closely with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
· Maintain workplace safety standards and enforce WHS guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in a leadership or team leader role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
· Strong hands-on experience in assembly or production processes.
· Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Understanding of WHS compliance and safe work practices.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
