We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader to support daily operations

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shift Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts.
- Ensure staff are following procedures and tasks are completed on time.
- Manage shift changeovers smoothly.
2. Customer Service
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
3. Team Support & Development
- Guide, support, and motivate team members during busy periods.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and training.
- Foster a positive team culture.
4. Product Quality & Presentation
- Ensure all food and beverages meet presentation and quality standards.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene practices.
5. Operational Duties
- Open and/or close the store as required.
- Ensure stock levels are adequate and assist with restocking.
- Manage till operations and cash handling when needed.
6. Communication
- Act as the communication link between staff and management.
- Report any issues, feedback, or incidents to management promptly.

- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and hands-on.
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage but not required if you are willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
