As Identitywa's Team Leader, you will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver Shared Living services in houses across Perth.

We are looking for individuals who have Team Leader experience within the Shared Living environment. You will be tasked with coordination of participants within your caseload, close liaison with their families and stakeholders, as well as leadership of a team of Support Workers.

Other Requirements:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in social science, human services or equivalent (minimum
- Certificate IV in Individual Support)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high performing teams
- Considerable experience of more than 2 years working as a Team Leader in Supported Independent Living SIL
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and coaching workers from diverse backgrounds
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive ‘can do’ attitude
