Job Description
Grow your career with a global retailer as the Team Leader Recruitment for our National office within our Human Resources Department at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Our recruitment team pride ourselves on providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, sourcing great talent for both current and future roles.
As the National Office Team Leader, you will lead and manage a small team of four Recruitment Assistants responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities. You will support and manage a broad range of HR and Recruitment related projects within your team and identify opportunities for improvement in the candidate and hiring manager journey, executing strategies to attract high quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead, develop and support a small team of Recruitment Assistants to meet business needs, ensuring the team adheres to policy, processes and KPI’s.
- Partner with relevant business leaders across the National office departments to understand and resolve recruitment challenges.
- Supplier management and tracking of recruitment agency usage.
- Manage Director level recruitment with the support of the Executive Manager, Recruitment.
- Keeping abreast of industry related trends and best practice to add value to our end-to-end processes and continuous development of the team.
- Weekly and monthly recruitment reporting, interpreting data to understand bottlenecks, providing insights and solutions.
- Work as an effective team member to support the Executive Manager of Recruitment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high performing teams.
- Strong corporate in-house, RPO or recruitment agency background in a high-performance environment is essential.
- Prior experience recruiting for a broad range of white-collar roles ideally at a senior level.
- Experience with analysing recruitment data to help understand recruitment challenges to drive efficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution focused mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and achieving win-win outcomes.

- Transparent tiered salary range of $114,765 - $136,837 including 12% Superannuation.
