Mancini’s, a busy and well-established restaurant, is looking for an Experienced Team Leader to join our front-of-house team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a supportive and energetic team.
About the Role:
As our Team Leader, you will:
- Supervise the front counter and customer service operations
- Take and manage orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle staff rostering and shift management
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak periods
- Work closely with management to drive team performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a team leader or supervisor role, preferably in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach to managing staff and customer interactions
- Must be available to work weekends and full-time hours
- Commitment to a long-term role – we’re looking for someone to grow with us!
