About The Position
Position Location: Port Pirie
Position Status: Full Time

The Youth Homelessness Services provides support to young people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
As the Team Leader, you will support your staff to ensure they assess and respond to the individual needs of people in a manner which is inclusive and respectful, and provide support to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The Country North Homelessness Alliance has developed a Charter dedicated to delivering quality, focused, inclusive and culturally safe services. The Alliance is underpinned by a culture of collaboration and cooperation to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients in the Country North region of SA.

Skills and Experiences:
You will:
- Have case management and group work experience.
- Have experience in program budgeting and resource planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Be innovative and progressive.
- Have an ability to think and act in a strategic manner.
- Have a high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Relevant experience leading a team.
You may also need to be available for some out of hours work and travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
