Job Description
Job Summary:
This role involves providing full support for clients using CRM solutions, including implementation, configuration, training, installation, and ongoing assistance. You will work on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure code quality through testing and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to deliver projects on time.
- Lead projects when needed and provide ongoing support and improvements.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, permanent position
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 6 PM
WORK LOCATION: Sydney, NSW Australia
Qualifications
- Understanding of CRM systems and how they work.
- Experience with programming, databases, and web technologies.
- Ability to turn software needs into working solutions.
- Experience with reporting tools and generating reports.
- Familiar with system features and settings.
- Ability to follow best practices and ensure systems run well.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certifications in related technologies are a plus.
