We’re looking for a Technical Centre Coordinator to become the linchpin of our national maintenance and service operations. If you thrive on coordination, logistics, and technical problem-solving, this is your runway to success.
Job Description
What you will do
- Coordinate all maintenance service activities across Sky Fuel’s national network.
- Manage and evolve our current maintenance system (“Maintenance Care”)—or help build a new end-to-end platform for logging requests, ordering components, and shipping to sites.
- Assign tasks to the right third-party contractors or in-house Field Technicians.
- Fulfil consumables and component orders, working closely with suppliers to source raw materials.
- Oversee HSSE compliance across all technical operations.
- Schedule and dispatch service teams and vehicles, ensuring the right assets are in the right place at the right time.
- Triage breakdowns and allocate resources effectively between scheduled and reactive maintenance.
Qualifications
What you will bring
- Experience in engineering supply chains, technical coordination, or maintenance scheduling.
- Background in industries such as Defence, Mining, Automotive, or similar / relevant industry.
- Strong administration skills and a knack for IT systems—you’re tech-savvy and solutions-focused.
- Ability to work with website providers or developers to implement or build a new maintenance platform.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- ASIC card (or ability to obtain one).
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for operational excellence.

Additional Information
Pre-employment medical and health assessment is a requirement for this position and the role incumbent will also be subject to random medical, drug and alcohol assessments. The position is also subject to federal security clearance and ability to obtain an Australian, Security Identification Card (ASIC).
