About the Company:
Comsys Networks Group is a West Australian systems integration company and are seeking a support technician for our IT support services helpdesk. We provide online monitoring and on-site support services for small medium and enterprise business users, under our managed service contracts.
About the Role:
- Providing IT Support (in house) on the helpdesk and also (Onsite) to Business Users with Issues like Emails, M365, Windows and Mac Troubleshooting, Networks, Printers, Data Recovery, Hardware Troubleshooting etc.
- This role may require traveling around different suburbs of Perth metro.
Essential Requirements for this role:
- Minimum 1 Year of demonstrated experience for Desktop Troubleshooting L1 or L2.
- Should have technical knowledge of diagnosing technical problems and issues such as installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade and configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, networks, software, hardware, printers, internet, email and operating systems.
- Having customer facing experience is an added advantage.
- Must be have proficient knowledge with Microsoft Software, Desktop/Server/Cloud.
- Very Strong Verbal Communication Skills.
- Should have their own vehicle along with a valid Australian Driving License in case travelling to customers.
- Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
- You have to be based in Australia and should have work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered) This is a Perth Office Based Role.
Important things to know before you apply:
- There is a casual part time role, leading to full time work, and or contract work available.
- Although we try to give maximum hours to our technicians, however there is no minimum guarantee of work hours per week for the part time role. However initially the estimate is 20-25 hours of work per week for part time role.
- You may need to work outside of standard business hours, or roster a weekend when required.
- Students from Computer and IT Background can apply, however work experience is preferred.
- There is a requirement for travelling, therefore you MUST have your own vehicle.
